A group of 10 or more players who have put down $100 deposit to secure their equipment and private ref for four hours. A private party plays just amongst their own group and their own pace since they have their own ref. Private parties also get use of the shared indoor party room.
The cost to rent equipment is $40 per person. This includes the rental gun, the protective face mask, field fee, all day air and 500 paintballs.
A $100 deposit is required to book a private party. This deposit will be applied to your end balance the day of your event. The deposit must be used in one transaction when checking in.
For example a party of 10 players would cost $400 total. $100 would need to be paid when booking the private party for the deposit. The day of your event, $300 would be due.
Should you need to reschedule after the initial booking, you can reschedule your private party once. We will transfer your deposit to another date. If you need to reschedule and don't know a date that works for your group, we will hold your deposit in escrow until you rebook. There are NO REFUNDS for deposits. You MUST reschedule your party 48 hours before your event. Deadline for a Saturday party is 12:00 pm on Thursday and 12:00 pm Friday for a Sunday party. At the third reschedule attempt, you lose private party status and have the deposit to use towards open play.
If you reschedule within 24 hours of your event, your deposit will become a service fee and you lose the ability to rebook that reservation.

You can still play with open play. the $100 deposit will still be applied towards your balance and you'll also still have access to the party room. Unfortunately a group less than 10 will lose their private ref.
The shared party room is an indoor space that only private parties have access to. It has four cafeteria style tables and two 8 foot tables. Groups are welcome to bring decorations, cake, food and drinks for their party. Pizza, chips, candy and drinks are available for additional purchase.

There is the option to host an event Monday -Friday! Groups wishing to come during the week would have exclusive access to the facility for a four hour session.
To book a private weekday session, groups need to:
- Have 15 or more players*
- Pay a $150 deposit to hold your day
- Pay the deposit at least five (5) days in advance before your event
- Come ready to have a blast!
*If less than 15 show up, your $150 deposit will be forfeited.
Any player coming to Paintball Country MUST have a waiver filled out.
Any player under 18 MUST have a parent/guardian signature. Waivers can be found under the "Waiver" tab or in-store.
Please note Paintball Country will be closed December 16th - January 24th for the holidays.
